The Intertwine

The project envisions a harmonious living environment through a series of thoughtfully designed courtyards, each serving as a vibrant yet serene communal space. These lush, light-filled courtyards act as the heart of the development, fostering a sense of community while providing a tranquil transition to residents' homes.

Tailored for families and students, the residential units are strategically arranged around these courtyards to enhance connectivity and natural flow. The base units feature a three-bedroom configuration per side, while the upper units offer a more intimate two-bedroom layout per side. The architectural composition follows a dynamic 30-60-90-degree grid, subtly guiding circulation between public and private realms. This geometric approach ensures a seamless and intuitive movement throughout the site, maintaining a balanced interplay between openness and privacy.

By integrating nature, light, and intentional spatial organization, the design achieves a cohesive living experience that nurtures both individual comfort and collective well-being.
